I had not owned a car in 10 years, so I was nervous about being taken advantage of when I decided to buy a car recently. The staff at Honda North were incredibly helpful and trustworthy. I recommend them to anyone interested in buying a Honda, or any car for that matter. They have explained repairs, shown me precisely what is covered under my pre-owned guarantee, and always make me feel like my car and finances are in good hands. Honda North is employee-owned, which makes all the difference, and I do not mind traveling to Danvers for service because I know they are motivated to give me the best service so I keep going back. I love Honda North!

Picked up a nail in my brand new Ridgeline tire. Brought it in, was met cheerfully, had it fixed, and drove away. No charge, free car wash, excellent people. What else can I say?

Garrett Dube assisted me with my Honda Clarity purchase. He came through in a big way- TWICE! He came in during his day off, and then pushed through the following day to import the car and clean the car in time for me to complete paper work, finalize, and get to a southern NH town hall before it closed for the weekend. My battery died....Triple A had to jump me twice. I drove to the dealership without an appointment and there was no problem having my car taken care of. You have no idea how much that means to me. To know you can count on your dealership to take care of you is everything.
