I was met while pulling into the service area and instructioned where to go. Checking in was easy. I was informed of how long my visit would take and brought to the lounge area. Once completed, I was brought back to my car and was thanked for choosing Honda North.
Everyone we spoke with was friendly, informative , helpful. Our sales person Cheryl Parker answered all our questions and reviewed all the information needed. I would recommend Honda North to my family and friends.
The sales process was fine, as we had a good and very responsive sales person working with us. Minor setbacks (e.g., waiting for the title, their coming up with items that were missing from the car) were resolved to our complete satisfaction. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. This is a large and very busy dealership, so service wait times are long and the staff seems stretched a bit thin. But so far I'm pleased with the condition of the car itself and would happily recommend them.
