Test drove a Honda Pilot on Monday came up to buy it on Tuesday. Honda North dropped the advertised price by $500 between Monday and Tuesday and charged the prior price. I've been taken for $500. Doc set and 3rd row mats were missing. Thank you Honda North! After a very nice response Honda North does nothing to follow up. All rhetoric and nothing done.

Dishonest salesman take advantage of woman
I made a 9am appointment today, 8/6/20, to test drive a White 2015 CRV ex-l. This vehicle was brand new to lot and was going through the inspection process, I was told, they were hoping it would be through inspection process for me to test drive. When I arrived I was assigned to Salesman Sean Geyer, his first words were "The White CRV is not available, its been SOLD"... I said SOLD! I was told it wasn't ready yet and I would be the first. He then retracted and said "Oh I mean we cannot sell it it did not pass inspection' I test drove one that I wasn't thrilled with but I would settle. He went to get the Carfax on the vehicle, I walked around the lot. The same CRV he said wasn't able to sell was parked around the corner with a SOLD sign on on it and his name. Lies and dishonestly, typical salesman. I was a repeat customer. Never again.

I’ve been leasing vehicles from Honda North for fifteen years. Michael DeRosier contacted me sixth months before my lease end to inform me that it may take that long to get an ordered vehicle in. When I informed him that I moved to RI, he didn’t hesitate. Two days after Christmas and 4 months ahead of schedule, Mike called to tell me there was an HR-V available that was the same as I ordered. So we confirmed our original deal and he delivered the vehicle to RI. Mike went out of his way to help me out. Thank you, I love my 2023 HR-V.

Shady Sales Team and uncaring Management Team
I had previously worked with Honda North on an Accord lease, with the lease period ending I was considering a new lease with a Pilot. After some back and forth with sales the final proposal which made the deal make sense for me was that my last lease payment on the Accord would be covered and nothing would be deducted on the payment due date 6 days away. Three people told me this sales team and the finance manager. Well the payment did in fact post, lucky had the cash in my account to cover it. I confirmed with my spouse who was there the entire time at the dealership personnel said that this final lease payment would not hit my checking account. I contacted the dealer and explained what had happened. I got the run around from the get go.The Sales manager said that the payment reversal would occur weeks/months latter but it was based on my bank. I explained that lease was thru Honda Finance, what did my bank have to do with anything and I did not want to wait at all as the payment should not have made in the first place. He then indicated that this was the way its done which contradicted everything that had been discussed on the negotiations for the new lease. He further said that I had been misinformed, but I said the people I worked with were senior members of the team so they would have known fully known the process. They lied to me to get the deal. So here I am almost three weeks later with the matter still unresolved after several attempts to clear this up. Shame on you Honda North! Your sales team lied to me to get me to sign a new lease and when I called you out on it blew me off. Great way to treat a repeat customer, I wont be again.

Cassie was superb! Initially she was very friendly and bubbly (which is what I wanted in a sales rep)! Her excitement for the product was evident and helped me choose Honda over other brands. She guided me through the process and I ended up purchasing the vehicle that was right for me! Cassie listened to my concerns and made sure to tailor my preferences. She ensured I was happy with my CRV and provided extensive knowledge on the vehicle features/benifits. Not only that, she expedited the plates and ensured even on a holiday I was able to drive the vehicle off the lot. She was flexable with her schedule and stayed late, ensuring I could pick up keys same day. She went above and beyond and followed up later. She provided her personal cell for any vehicle functions/questions I had post purchase. Very diligent, knowege and friendly. Five stars for Cassie and Honda North!

usually Business don't like bad reviews, but seeing all these bad reviews on yelp and they still haven't made any attempt at improving. tells me this is in vane. Just the same here's the cliff notes. They sold my son a car that they didn't have the tittle for.. He did the test ride and all that, they took his money and the tittle to his old car , Then when he thought he was driving away in his new car, they sprung it on him that they didn't have the Tittle for the car and he would have to wait a week or two before he could have it. two weeks later. we go there to talk to them. They said they screwed up the paper work and it will be another few weeks. Seriously how long have they been in business and they still don't know how to file the paper work. Happy Ending got his money and title back and found a better deal at another dealer. when will these shady car places learn that if you are Honest and treat people right they will return and bring friends, but when you give bad service. bad news travels far and fast .

Told me 3 hours to repair, and got me out of there in 45 minutes. Was doubtful that the sun visor replacement would be covered under warranty, but the parts and labor were no charge. My service representative was Sean who was very helpful, and I met up with Mike my salesman who ensured that the whole process went smoothly. Very pleased.

Several years ago we went car shopping at Honda North and had a bad experience trying to buy a vehicle. I decided to give it another try and use a different salesperson this time. The person we worked with was great and handled the sales part perfectly, but when I put a deposit on the vehicle I was THEN informed they did not have the title in hand and couldn't do paperwork. Salespeople may not know off the top of their head if they have the title in hand, but this is information that can easily be checked while a customer test drives to avoid any headaches down the road. I had informed them in prior communications and at my test drive that I needed a vehicle in my possession within a few days. I texted my concerns and was told not to worry. Unfortunately, communication was spotty once I put my deposit down and they did not know if/when the title would be in their possession or even its whereabouts. The team at Honda North did not really try to get me into another vehicle or turn this experience around. I ended up going to another dealership the same day, and the process there was seamless even though my salesperson was not in the office to handle the paperwork, they made sure I was taken care of, and I drove my new car off the lot the next day. After sharing my frustrating experience with a friend, they said the same thing happened to them at Honda North. Now, I understand dealerships are under a lot of pressure at this time, but honest communication and being proactive in solving this problem would have made the experience much easier and much less frustrating.

Horrible experience . I made an appointment for my car to be serviced ,I waited 2 weeks for an appointment brought my car in and they called me with a diagnosis 6 days later now 11 days later my car was finally finished . Courtesy rental fee $440 split in half after I was told by the service agent I would only have to pay a couple days I guess I should of asked what he meant by a couple . 6 hours of labor done in 11 days. For more info on my experience visit me at the dealership I will be there holding poor service signs with some friends at the end of the month.

I bought a car a few months ago and ordered the service maintenance package. It seemed like a great deal until I had to deal with the service department. I made an appointment online to get an oil change and check out a minor issue that I noticed with the car. 1st the appointment was outright cancelled, - no call just an email. I responded to th service assistant Allison and received no response, so I rebooked the appointment. I received a call from them the day before the appointment telling me for them to look at the car I would have to leave it for the day. I told her that would not be possible on such short notice, but still needed the oil change. She was abrasive and told me oil changes are first come first service which doesn't solve my minor issue with the car. I was told I would have to make another appointment and leave it for the day. First impressions leave a lasting impressiona and this one shows the customer service is well below par. I wish I could revise my contract, I'd rather take my car to my regular mechanic, at least they treat me with courtesy.
