I was not in the market for a car, but a good friend and coworker of mine was. He was a cash buyer and for whatever reason, had been treated as a second class citizen at no less than 6 other Honda dealers of which half I accompanied him to. When my friend and I were greeted at Honda North in the parking lot by Eric (who just happened to be walking by and going back inside the showroom0, the difference between all of the other dealerships and Honda North were made apparent right away. He listened to my friend's situation and how he had been outright lied to by all of the other dealers, he invited us in to his desk. He offered us both drinks and sat there for a good 15 minutes, before getting his Manager involved. He then called the Manager over, explained my friends ordeal, gave him the numbers my friend had in writing already from the last dealer and just about 5 minutes later, had a lower price in writing than the previous dealer and had the EXACT vehicle my friend had been searching for, pulled up in front and ready to take for a test drive. THAT was customer service and how it's supposed to be done.
There was no pressure or "switch and bait" tactics like everywhere else we had been and we were as I stated above, treated like Kings! No pressure to add on additional warranties (however they were offered and fully explained) and before we knew it, my friends Honda was sent out back to be prepped for delivery that night. We had to get back to work, so we could not wait. That gave the dealer ample time to properly prep the vehicle for a proper delivery the next morning. When my friend and I arrived to take delivery the next day, the vehicle was gleaming, both inside and out, along with a full tank of gas and the 2 sets of keys ready to go. It was an outstanding experience and in my opinion, be hard to top. But I would go there for myself or recommend this dealer to any family or friend member without hesitation. I drove up all the way from CT to buy a used car at Honda North and do not regret the trip one bit. They went out of their way to make the experience satisfying. They committed to fix a few blemishes on the car and to deliver it to my door step in CT 3 days later. They lived up to their promise and count one more very satisfied client. Great job

Very happy with the knowledge, service and honesty of this place. Some organizations have a method and policy for hiring honest employees that permeate their organization, this is one of those places.
For the past 5 years I've been searching for an Honest dealership on the North Shore to bring my Honda Element to. I believe this place is the most honest out of the Honda Dealerships of Boch (2 stars), Herb Chambers of Burlington (1 star), and this place has the best knowledge, service and honesty (5 stars). Of course you pay a premium for the honesty and to get things done right.
My alignment on my rear wheels were off for 18 months, brought it to Sears, Midas, Herb Chambers and wasted my money. This place was the only Dealership that fixed the issue. Same with diagnoising my Brake issue as rusted rotors and not cracked pads or unknown.
